We show solidarity with our neighborhood project at Fährstraße 115 and demand the city of Hamburg to step back from buying the house! Flood protection must be implemented responsibly! Solidarity living must be built up instead of being torn down!

We are very happy that our dear friends from the Rialto* housing and district project (Rialto website) moved in at the end of the last year! In our common courtyard, we met with many inhabitants from both projects for the big “say hello” – the first of many upcoming meetings!
We want to invite you all to celebrate the latest news together with us: since february GoMokry* is owning the house and last week-end we became official members of the ‘Mietshäuser Syndikat’! Yeah! We look forward to see you all on Saturday in the Mokrystraße, having a coffee, taking part at the cheese-cake-contest, singing karaoke or just hanging around with us. In addition a neighbourhood-talk at 12 o´clock is planned, please feel free to join!
Finally the time has come – we signed the purchase contract – now a couple of formalities still have to be carried out and then comes the entry in the real estate register, which official makes us the owners of this house!
We are super happy about this important step!
