We show solidarity with our neighborhood project at Fährstraße 115 and demand the city of Hamburg to step back from buying the house! Flood protection must be implemented responsibly! Solidarity living must be built up instead of being torn down!

We are very happy that our dear friends from the Rialto* housing and district project (Rialto website) moved in at the end of the last year! In our common courtyard, we met with many inhabitants from both projects for the big „say hello“ – the first of many upcoming meetings!
Wir freuen uns sehr dass Ende letzten Jahres unsere Freund*innen von dem Wohn- und Stadtteilprojekt Rialto* (Website Rialto) eingezogen sind! In unserem gemeinsamen Innenhof haben wir uns mit vielen Bewohner*innen aus beiden Projekten zum großen „Hallo sagen“ mit Sekt, Schorle und Snacks gesehen – das erste von vielen kommenden Treffen!
The big ‚back to concrete(gold)‘ week-end is over and was filled with wonderful Mokry-moments! There had been 17!! delicious cheesecakes, great encounters, wild Karaoke-sessions, a portrait-machine, a hell of a lot common preparations during the days before the event, nightly Yum-Yum-soups in our temporary installed cozy kiosk, concerts, music, wicked projections inside and outside on the facade and of course loads of gold foil! Das große Zurück zum Beton(Gold) Wochenende ist vorbei und war voller schöner Mokry-Momente! Es gab 17!! leckerste Käsekuchen, tolle Begegnungen, wildes Karaoke singen, einen Portrait-Zeichen-Automat, gemeinsames Vorbereiten in den Tagen davor, nächtliche Yum-Yum-Suppen in unserem temporären gemütlichen Kiosk, Konzerte, Musik, tolle Projektionen in unseren Räumen und auf unserer Fassade und natürlich ganz viel Goldfolie! Ein Spektakel gegen die Spekulation! Vielen Dank für euren Support! Eure Mokrys
We want to invite you all to celebrate the latest news together with us: since february GoMokry* is owning the house and last week-end we became official members of the ‚Mietshäuser Syndikat‘! Yeah! We look forward to see you all on Saturday in the Mokrystraße, having a coffee, taking part at the cheese-cake-contest, singing karaoke or just hanging around with us. In addition a neighbourhood-talk at 12 o´clock is planned, please feel free to join!
Seit Februar ist GoMokry* Hausbesitzer*in! Und seit letztem Wochenende offiziell aufgenommenes Mitglied im Mietshäuser Syndikat! Das möchten wir mit euch allen gemeinsam feiern! Stabil zurück zum Beton(gold)! Ihr seid alle herzlich eingeladen und wir freuen uns wenn ihr am Samstag in der Mokrystraße vorbei schaut. Außerdem gibt´s um 12 Uhr einen Straßenschnack zu dem wir alle Nachbar*innen herzlich einladen möchten.
Finally the time has come – we signed the purchase contract – now a couple of formalities still have to be carried out and then comes the entry in the real estate register, which official makes us the owners of this house!
We are super happy about this important step!

Endlich ist es soweit – wir haben den Kaufvertrag unterschrieben- jetzt müssen noch einige Formalitäten geklärt werden und dann kommt der Grundbucheintrag, der uns offiziell zu Hausbesitzer*innen macht!
